New York Times Distributed Free on UW Campus

The New York Times is available on the University of Wyoming campus free of charge during the spring semester. Academic sponsors provide more than 500 copies of the newspaper every class day.

“The New York Times Readership program is an important addition to our students’ resources on national and international events,” says Lori Phillips, interim dean of libraries. “The program is used by both individual students as well as instructors for in-class reading assignments on national issues.”

The New York Times is available at the following locations:

Anthropology Building; Arts and Sciences auditorium; Biological Sciences Building; Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts; Cheney International Center; Classroom Building; College of Business atrium; College of Law Building; Coe Library; Corbett Building; Education auditorium; Energy Innovation Center; Geology Building; Half Acre Recreation and Wellness Center; Health Sciences atrium; Kendall House; Old Main; Physical Sciences Building; Ross Hall; Washakie Center; Wyoming Hall; and the Wyoming Union.
