Meeting on UW Financial Situation Wednesday in A&S Auditorium

A meeting for University of Wyoming President Laurie Nichols to discuss her declaration of a financial crisis has been moved to UW’s Arts and Sciences auditorium Wednesday, June 22, at 3 p.m.

UW employees will be allowed two hours of release time to attend. The scheduling of release time should be a collaborative discussion between employee and supervisor to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the unit.

UW employees unable to attend in person will be able to view the meeting on the WyoCast system at wyocast.uwyo.edu/WyoCast/Play/5afae947ebc44a5b83797cac3b2901f81d.

In addition to describing the university’s financial situation and explaining the declaration of a financial crisis, the president plans to solicit comments and questions during the meeting. People also are encouraged to email their comments and ideas to uwpres@uwyo.edu.
