These are among the construction activities scheduled Oct. 23-29 at the University of Wyoming:

Water Outage (UW Operations) -- UW Operations will change the fire hydrant on the south side of McWhinnie Hall Friday, Oct. 21. Water will have to be shut off to McWhinnie Hall, the Education Building and Half Acre Recreation and Wellness Center from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Signs will be posted in these buildings. Please use adjacent buildings for restroom use: Wyo Hall, Education Annex, Agriculture and the Wyoming Union. The sidewalk going into Prexy’s Pasture will be blocked by repairs. Also, use caution around these crews as they perform this work.

Colder Weather (UW Operations) -- As we approach the colder weather months, UW Operations asks building occupants to assist with ensuring buildings and facilities are safe and secure. Make sure all windows and doors are completely closed with windows latched at the end of each day, and report any doors or windows that you are unable to close and secure to the Service Desk (766-6225).
