University Community Invited to WyoCloud Launch Nov. 1

Members of the University of Wyoming community are invited to an event marking the launch of WyoCloud Tuesday, Nov. 1, from 3:30-5 p.m. in the Wyoming Union East Ballroom.

The program directors, Jen Chavez and Megan Hanneman, will present the Executive Steering Committee’s vision for the WyoCloud system implementation project and its impact on UW’s future. They will share the WyoCloud program’s progress to date and upcoming plans, and they will be available to answer questions from the university community.

The university began the process of implementing WyoCloud in July, and the financial system is scheduled to go live in July 2017. WyoCloud is UW’s new Oracle cloud-based systems for financial management, human capital management, grants management, budgeting and planning, supply chain management, and reporting and analytics.
