Fall Commencement Set Dec. 9-10 at UW

Fall commencement ceremonies at the University of Wyoming will be held Friday and Saturday, Dec. 9-10.

UW is scheduled to accord degrees upon more than 600 students, including undergraduate and graduate students.

The multicultural graduation celebration will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in the Wyoming Union Ballroom.

Ceremonies for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the College of Arts and Sciences, the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources, and interdisciplinary programs will be held in the Arts and Sciences auditorium Friday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m. The commencement speaker will be Dave Bonner, publisher of the Powell Tribune.

Ceremonies for the College of Business, the College of Engineering and Applied Science, and the College of Health Sciences will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in the Arts and Sciences auditorium. Wyoming Supreme Court Justice William Hill will be the commencement speaker.

Those unable to attend the commencement ceremonies can view them via UW’s WyoCast system. Go to and click on “Other Events” in the left-side navigation bar. Then, choose “Multicultural Affairs” to view the multicultural graduation ceremony or “Commencements” to view the various college commencement ceremonies.
