UW School of Pharmacy to Operate Pharmacy for Students This Summer

The Student Health Service pharmacy will remain open this summer and will be operated by the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy.

The pharmacy will remain in its current location in Student Health Service.

“A decision was made earlier this spring to close the Student Health pharmacy this summer,” says Joanne Steane, UW Student Health Service director. “The Student Health Service is grateful to the School of Pharmacy for this partnership and opportunity to continue to provide this convenient service for students.”

Effective July 1, Student Health Service will have new summer hours: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-noon, and from 1-4:30 p.m. Offices will be closed each Friday.

UW students can use the after-hours nurse advice line during the evening hours and also on weekends by calling 766-2130.
