UW Homecoming Activities Listings Due Oct. 2

The deadline to have events listed online or on printed materials for the University of Wyoming’s Homecoming is Monday, Oct. 2.

Homecoming activities will take place Oct. 21-28, with the theme “Wyoming Spirit, Wild as the West.”

Homecoming begins Saturday, Oct. 21, with The Big Event, and culminates Saturday, Oct. 28, with the annual Homecoming parade and football game. The Cowboys take on New Mexico with kickoff to be scheduled at a later date.

“We are happy to provide publicity for anyone sponsoring an activity over Homecoming in which you would like to have alumni and general public involvement,” says Emily Vernon, UW Alumni Association special events coordinator. “Your activity will be promoted in the online version of the Homecoming schedule and in the printed booklet that is available during Homecoming registration.”
