Please use caution around crews.

Cooper House (Stonewood Design & Construction, Laramie; December 2017) -- Reconstruction of the south-side outdoor patio columns will be completed to repair deterioration. Staging will be in the southeast corner of the parking lot by the landscape dumpster and driveway off Grand Avenue. Please use caution, and observe signs around the construction area.

Campuswide Fall Roof Cleaning (UW Equipment Shop, Flynn Southwest, Brighton Co., Big Horn Roofing, Laramie; Dec. 1) -- A man lift will be used at various locations on campus buildings with gutters and downspouts to clean leaves and debris before winter. Please be cautious to stay clear of equipment and safety barricades, and watch for cleaning crews’ activities.

White Hall (UW Operations Shops; June 2018) -- Phase I modifications to the north- and south-side exit stairwells, to prevent cold-weather freezing in the soffits, will occur. Each stairwell will be closed at grade level for two days to prevent demolition dust nuisance in core drill phases. Please use the opposite stairwell or elevator when signs are posted. Outside soffit louvers will be removed, blocked and refinished next spring as weather allows. Please use caution, and observe signs around the construction area.

Education Building, Ed Ag Lab (Laramie Mechanical and Heating Systems and Trident Electric; November 2017) -- Ventilation units and electrical connection upgrades for welding units are being installed. Please use caution around crews and equipment.
