Finals Week Destresser Event for UW Students Dec. 8

To help get students through finals week, the University of Wyoming’s 7220 Entertainment will host its semiannual destresser event Friday, Dec. 8, at 9 p.m. in the Wyoming Union. The event is free and open to all UW students.

Students will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. Featured will be comedian Michael Palascak, karaoke, massages, a photo booth and a “create your own critter” activity. Refreshments and food also will be provided.

Students participating in the “create your own critter” activity are required to pick up tickets before the event. Tickets are now available at the Wyoming Union information desk; remaining tickets will be available during the event at the Cowboy Check-in table.

The evening begins with Palascak, who is known for his appearances on “The Late Show with David Letterman” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

For more information about Palascak, visit his website at www.michaelpalascak.com/.
