University of Wyoming Calendar for Dec. 18-Jan. 7

These are among the activities scheduled Dec. 18-Jan. 7 at the University of Wyoming:

Monday, Dec. 18-Tuesday, Dec. 19 -- Final examinations conclude for UW students.

Tuesday, Dec. 19, 7 p.m. -- Cowboy basketball vs. Northern Colorado, Arena-Auditorium. Ticket prices vary.

Tuesday, Dec. 19, 7 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “This Month’s Sky.” Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204, or by going online at and clicking on “Planetarium Schedule.”

Wednesday, Dec. 20, noon -- UW residence halls close for fall 2017.

Friday, Dec. 22-Monday, Jan. 1 -- Most UW business and administrative offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays as well as winter break.

Wednesday, Dec. 27, 7 p.m. -- Cowboy basketball vs. San Diego State, Arena-Auditorium. Ticket prices vary.

Tuesday, Jan. 2 -- Normal business hours resume at UW.

Wednesday, Jan. 3, 6:30 p.m. -- Cowgirl basketball vs. Nevada, Arena-Auditorium. Ticket prices vary.

Saturday, Jan. 6, 6 p.m. -- Cowboy basketball vs. Boise State, Arena-Auditorium. Ticket prices vary.
