UW Students Encouraged to Take Part in Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey

University of Wyoming students are invited to share their perspectives regarding sexual misconduct at the university in an online survey.

The survey, organized by President Laurie Nichols’ Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Task Force, is intended to assess attitudes and behaviors related to sexual violence at UW. Responses will help the university in policy, education and response related to sexual violence on campus.

To participate, go to https://tinyurl.com/CampusClimateSurvey. The survey takes up to 30 minutes to complete.

Students’ responses will be anonymous. As an incentive to participate, at the end of the survey, students are directed to a page allowing them to enter drawings for a variety of prizes, ranging from cash to gift cards to UW athletics attire. Lunch with the president is one of the prizes.

Nichols has made sexual assault prevention one of her top priorities since becoming UW’s president in May 2016.
