Students Encouraged to Attend UW Career Fair and Lunch Panel Feb. 28

University of Wyoming students are encouraged to join employers from the hospitality, tourism and outdoor recreation industries for a career fair and afternoon lunch panel featuring top industry leaders Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m.

The career fair will take place in the College of Business Building atrium until 2 p.m., and the lunch panel will be in Room 123 of the College of Business Building from noon-1 p.m.

Employers representing multiple hotel properties, summer camps, a brewing company, dude ranches and tourism destination organizations will be at the career fair. More than a dozen employers have signed up to attend the event. Students are encouraged to attend, meet and learn about these organizations.

In addition, select industry leaders will provide a lunchtime talk about careers in their respective industries. Top leaders from Wyoming State Parks, the National Outdoor Leadership School, Little America and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce will give presentations. The event will be moderated by representatives of the Wyoming Office of Tourism. Free food will be provided to students in attendance.

The event is co-sponsored by the College of Business, Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Wyoming Office of Tourism.
