An Iliad Reading, Discussion Rescheduled to Friday at Civic Center

A free community engagement play reading and discussion of Lisa Peterson and Denis O’Hare’s “An Iliad” has been rescheduled for Friday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m. at the Laramie Plains Civic Center.

The event originally was scheduled for Wednesday, March 13.

The event will take place in the Civic Center's Phoenix Ballroom, Suite 271.

The University of Wyoming’s Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Laramie’s Relative Theatrics are presenting the March “Read, Rant, Relate” community engagement event. “An Iliad” is a modern-day retelling of Homer's classic based on Robert Fagles’ translation.
