Native American Heritage Month Opens With Documentary Screening Nov. 4 at UW

October 29, 2021 — As part of National Native American Heritage Month, the documentary “Home From School: The Children of Carlisle” will be screened at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, in the University of Wyoming College of Arts and Sciences auditorium.

UW Percussion Ensemble to Perform Nov. 1

October 29, 2021 — The University of Wyoming Department of Music Spotlight Series will present the UW Percussion Ensemble’s fall concert Monday, Nov. 1, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall.

UW’s Shogren Among Academics Who Support Elimination of Subsidies for Fisheries

October 29, 2021 — A University of Wyoming professor has pledged his support against subsidies for fisheries that he and hundreds of other university faculty and scientists say lead to overfishing worldwide.

UW Fuel Island to Be Offline Monday for Software Upgrade

October 22, 2021 — University of Wyoming Transportation Services is in the final stages of a software upgrade to the UW fuel island. To finalize the upgrades to the fueling site, the fuel island will have to be taken offline for several hours Monday, Oct. 25.
