Amanda DeDiego is an Assistant Professor of Counseling. She teaches courses in ethics, diagnosis, and mental health counseling specialty courses for the intensive-weekend graduate program in Counseling at UW-Casper. She earned a PhD in Counselor Education at the University of Tennessee, a MS in Community Counseling from the University of North Georgia, and a BS in Psychology from the University of North Georgia. Her research agenda focuses on counselor development and counseling for underserved populations. Her hope is for her research to inform counselor training and advocacy to address mental health disparities and best prepare counselors to respond to community need.
