Fifty people built three high tunnels in two days, May 26 and 27 at UW's Research and Extension Center in Powell. Each tunnel is a different design and size. The first is made of curved PVC pipe and is 12 ft x 32 ft. The second has 4 ft wooden side walls and is 16 ft x 32 ft. The third has a peaked roof and is 17 ft x 32 ft. For further information on the high tunnels contact Jeff Edwards, Extension Educator, at (307) 837-2000, firstname.lastname@example.org.
