Programs & Services - Facilitation & Mediation

Programs to help individuals and organizations reach a shared goal are available across the state.

Facilitation emphasizes a group process – for instance, strategic planning. Training in facilitation is offered to interested individuals and organizations across Wyoming.

CDE team members can also serve as facilitators to groups interested in improving their decision making.

Mediation is a way of settling disputes, by mutual agreement, using a trained, neutral third party. CDE team members are trained and certified mediators and can provide training in mediation concepts.
