Portfolio records are the replacement for the traditional records that we have kept in 4-H. They are intended to facilitate long term record-keeping. They are also designed to be simpler for 4-H members to complete.
A portfolio contains several sections. Below, you will note the different sections and within section 1, you will see the various project records which have been developed for use in Sublette County. They are designed to be opened Microsoft Word. If your word processing software will not open the file, or if the format is not preserved, hard copies of the documents are available by emailing or calling our office and stating which documents you require:
or, call the Extension Office (367-4380 or 276-3301) anytime and let us know what you need. Don't be bashful about talking to the answering service!
Finally, if you encounter difficulties with these files, please let us know what the problem is. We have attempted to provide files in which formatting is preserved, but you do need to confine your responses to the area of the section provided. We may not have completely accomplished our goal, and so we need to hear from you regarding difficulties you might experience! If you want to save your work, remember that you'll need to save it to your computer rather than to the CD-ROM.Proceed to the list of Portfolio record components
