Center for Volunteer Service

Program Description

As the primary agent of community activism in the UW and Albany County communities, the Center for Volunteer Service provides the tools and support for students to identify and act upon their passions and strengths, as well as a venue for meaningful reflection and dialogue on the value of community service. CVS programs include Volunteers in Action Days, the Connecting Campus & Community AmeriCorps program, and Alternative Spring Break.
