Program Description

We help bring "added value ag" to the agricultural community by enhancing product development of current products and introducing organic agricultural concepts and markets. We are the exclusive franchisee for Eureka Ranch and Eureka Winning Ways headquarter with the founder Doug Hall of Cincinnati Ohio.

Training and Education: Familiarity with world class concepts and what your competitors are doing in the market place from shop floor techniques, to LEAN opportunities to marketing strategies, to leverage opportunities, to SBIR and other seed capital concepts, to export help and prototype design criteria. Utilizing of the Eureka Winning Ways and Merwyn approach for growth strategies statewide.
Business Advice and Facilitation: Coaching and alternative solution development in a confidential one-on-one setting or with key management team or work well to create the vision and implement the solution both long and short term. This can be done either as an active project or on a retainer basis.
Consultation: Working together with your pertinent staff to plan out and implement the correct short term or long term solution.

Turnkey Solution: Fully develop and implement projects for you in a plethora of disciplines or multi-dimensional areas including the use of experts in the field from across the USA as part of our resource base.
