Nomination Guidelines

To qualify for inclusion in the database the following conditions must be met:

The organization nominated must:

1. Be a University of Wyoming affiliated program/resource.

2. Not already be a member of the UW Engagement Database.

3. Have an engagement mission, i.e., providing service to the general public.

4. Agree to participate in the UW Engagement Database and provide the information needed for inclusion in the database.

The nominator must provide his/her contact information.

Here's how it works:

1. Visit the UW Engagement Database Web site www.uwyo.edu/UWENGAGE to identify public engagement resources not yet part of the database.

2. Select the "Nominate a Program" option from the quick links on the right side of the Web page.

3. Fill out a nomination form for each resource you wish to nominate:

   Program name

   Program Web site (if available)> Contact person

   Contact person's e-mail address (if available)

   A brief description of the program's engagement activities (why the program should be included in the Engagement Database)
