Brett Williams -- Help Desk Manager

Brett joined the UWIT staff in June of 2001.  He started out as a Departmental Support Consultant and became the Help Desk Manager in December of 2006.  Brett worked for a Banking Software Company (Fiserv) prior to joining the University of Wyoming.  Brett enjoys helping his staff answer questions on computing as well as processes of the University of Wyoming Division of Information Technology and the University as a whole.  Brett has served on several IT committees as well as UW initiative committees.  Brett's interests within IT are evolving as well as he works on the UWIT blog and Social Media thumbprint for UWIT.  Feel free to contact Brett with any questions or concerns about the UWIT Help Desk at brettw@uwyo.edu or 307 766-2854.

Lou Sims -- Computer Support Specialist, Sr.

Lou joined the UWIT staff in October of 1999. Lou has been with the Departmental Support Unit and worked with many of the University’s departments and employees over the years, and now spends much time in the UWIT Help Desk working with students, staff and faculty members, providing second tiered support. Lou enjoys working with customers over the phone and helping the student staff answer questions for the UW computing community.

Tyrel is from Montpelier, North Dakota.  He is a Senior majoring in Computer Science.

David Little -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

David is from Omaha, NE.  He is a Senior majoring in Architectural Engineering.

Branden Hayes -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

Branden is from Pueblo, CO.  He is a Senior majoring in Energy Resource Science.

Joanna Perry -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

Joanna is from Buffalo, WY.  She is a Sophomore majoring in Religious Studies.

Pedro Rampolla -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

Pedro is from Cheyenne, WY.  He is a Freshman majoring in Political Science.

Greg Hachtel -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

Greg is from Highlands Ranch, CO.  He is a Sophomore majoring in Psychology.

Murtaza (Murri) Shabbir-Hussain -- Computer Support Specialist, Assistant

Murri is from Colombo, Sri Lanka.  He is a Senior majoring in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry.

Kyle is from Evanston, WY.  He is a Junior majoring in Screenwriting.
