GRANT STEWART - Wrestling, Track & Field, & Football Assistant
Coach Stewart started with the University of Wyoming as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in August 2011 after serving as an intern with UW since June 2010. In January 2011 he was awarded the Student Assistantship through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and took over the design and implementation of the UW Wrestling Strength & Conditioning Program. Prior to Wyoming he served as an intern at Arizona State University and assisted with the implementation of the strength and conditioning programs for football and wrestling, as well as several other sports. Stewart also worked as a student assistant within the strength and conditioning departments at Colorado State University and Rocky Mountain High School (Ft. Collins, CO). Stewart played football for Black Hills State University and Colorado State University. He graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from UW. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.
