The University of Wyoming in May will accord degrees upon about 1,400 students, including some 1,000 undergraduates and 400 graduate students and College of Law and School of Pharmacy graduates.
Spring commencement ceremonies are May 5, preceded by an African American and Diaspora Studies ceremony May 3 and multicultural graduation and American Indian Studies celebrations May 4. The weekend will also include the President’s Picnic, the Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing Convocation and the Air Force and Army ROTC commissioning ceremony.
The College of Law commencement is May 12. UW’s spring 2011 graduating class had a record 1,524 students.
