THE VIRTUAL EDGE: Lab 25 Environmental Microbiology III and Food Microbiology I

Soil Microbiolgy Procedure:

  • N2 fixation (continue this project by working in pairs)
  • Collect your bottle of soil culture (nitrogen-free medium). 
  • Using an inoculating loop collect a sample of the culture and streak for isolation onto a nitrogen-free agar plate.  (T-Streak Video Review)
