IMViC Procedure:

For this procedure use a singel isolated colony to innoculate three biochemical tests:

  1. For the Indole test innoculate a SIM Tube (Stab inoculation Review)
  2. For the Methyl Red, Voges-Proskauer test innoculate a MRVP Tube (MR-VP Procedure Review)
  3. For the Citrate test a Citrate Tube (Basic Slant Inoculation Procedure Review)
