Conferences
WIND holds several important conferences around the state each year. Additionally, WIND supports other important conferences such as MEGA. A description of each of the conferences WIND presents is listed below. The Employment Systems Development project offers a variety of training opportunities for employers, case managers, services provides and other interested individuals. Please visit the Employment Systems Development web site for a list of the Spring 2003 trainings. Focusing on the issues and developments in the field of supported employment, the conference is designed for school, rehabilitation, employment personnel, as well as family members and other interested individuals. Members of the supported employment community can attend presentations by nationally renowned speakers, browse tables, and network with peers. The 2003 WYAPSE Annual Conference will be held at the Little America Hotel in Cheyenne this September 24th - 26th. The conference is designed to help participants stay on the cutting edge in the field of employment and related issues. The 2003 WYAPSE Conference Tracks will include: Home, Work, and Play: A Holistic Approach to All Aspects of Family Employment. Other distinguished speakers will include: DVR, DDD, Mental Health, and other state agencies, school districts, providers, consumers, and employers.
