The Pathways Plus database provides the most current and comprehensive access to human services information in the state. Pathways has been designed so that the information contained in the database can be extracted and used in a variety of ways. Services currently provided through Pathways Plus include:

• Online searching (Basic and Advanced)
• Online subject browsing
• Browseable desktop version
• Print directories for each county available through this web site.
• Special search pages for Seniors, Breast Cancer, and Medicaid Waiver Providers.

Pathways Plus services are constantly growing and improving. Please check this site often for the latest developments.

Partnerships

Connect Wyoming actively partners with community and state groups to help provide the best access to human services information in the state. These partnerships come in a variety of forms, such as working with a community health coalition to improve the Pathways listings for their particular area, or building a specialized search page for an advocacy and awareness group. Currently Connect Wyoming works with groups to produce subject and geographic specific print directories, mailing labels, and specialized search pages. Ways To Use Pathways Plus

Pathways Plus is an invaluable tool for all of Wyoming. Provided below are a few examples of how it can be useful to you.

• Information and Referral: Find contact information for programs and services, which is especially useful when you are trying to locate information on programs or services that you are not familiar with.
• Reference Tool: Use Pathways to develop a listing of services to help your clients, or contact the Connect Wyoming staff to have a custom print directory created for a reasonable fee.
• Marketing: Get the word out about your program or service. Pathways includes complete contact information and services descriptions. It is also available in a variety of formats and can be accessed from several different web sites, further extending the exposure to your service.
• Case Management Support: Clients don't have to stay in a single area, or on the other extreme, leave the state to receive services. Using Pathways Plus, you can discover what programs are available in a particular field or in a particular area of the state, even if the services are not in your particular field of expertise.
• Planning and Collaboration Resource: Pathways can help you answer these kinds of questions: What other services are available in my field? Who else is working on this topic? Are there community level programs I can connect with? Are there any services available on a particular topic or is there a need to develop new ones?
