Act Early ECHO Credit Information

For All Participants:

Certificate of Attendance

An email to confirm attendance will be sent to participants following the completion of the session evaluation. You will earn 1.5 contact hours for each session you attend.

To receive a certificate, you will need to complete the following:

  • Attend live UW ECHO sessions and submit corresponding session evaluations.

For Wyoming Participants:

Professional Teaching Standards Board Credit (PTSB)

PTSB credit will be awarded at the conclusion of the Act Early ECHO series in June.

Credit Available: 0.5 PTSB credit for every 6 live sessions attended. You may also mix and match sessions from different UW ECHO networks.
To receive credit for attending the live sessions, you will need to complete the following:

  • Attend the live sessions AND complete the session evaluations that are emailed to you after each session. Enter your PTSB number on your evaluation.

  • Complete the post-test. The post-test becomes available in June. A link will be emailed to all participants.

STARS Credit

STARS credit is available for participants of the UW ECHO in Act Early, Assistive Technology, Autism, and Early Childhood networks.

Credit Available: 1.0 standard clock hour per session attended.
To receive credit for attending the live sessions, you will need to complete the following:

  • Attend the live sessions in the above networks AND complete the session evaluations that are emailed to you after each session. Enter your 9-digit STARS Registry ID on your evaluation.

  • Complete the post-test. The post-test becomes available in June. A link will be emailed to all participants.

For Ohio Participants:

Step Up to Quality credit (1.5 hours per session) and DODD credits are available, along with the certificate of attendance.

For Virginia Participants:

Participants will receive a certificate of participation for each Act Early ECHO session, upon completion of the session evaluation. The certificate can be used to meet continuing education requirements in Virginia. Please contact deanabuck@gmail.com for more information.
