Dave Heath, M.P.A.
Dave Heath serves as project coordinator, senior with the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities for Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP) Assessment.
Dave has more than 20 year experience in direct care, services, and assessments related to developmental and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, he has worked on service coordination, case management and is a Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Instructor. For WIND, Dave conducts research and interviews for ICAP.
Dave earned his Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Wyoming as well as two bachelor degrees in psychology and biology/chemistry education.
