Access information

If you are having trouble accessing the webinar, please call John Paul at (307) 766-5770 for assistance.

To access webinars:

1. Click on the above link for the WATR webinar page and click on “Join in at time of webinar” link.
2. You’ll be redirected to “Blackboard Collaborate.”
3. Type in your name and click "Log In."

If you are having trouble accessing the room:

1. Click on the above link for the WATR webinar page and click on “Join in at time of webinar”.
2. You’ll be redirected to “Blackboard Collaborate” and click on “Support”.
3. Click on “Blackboard Collaborate Webconferencing” under First Time Users.
4. Step 2 will be “Configuring your system” and click on “Configuration Room”.
5. Click on “Download File” and “Allow” when they appear.

To use closed captioning:

1. Click on the window pull down on the menu bar.
2. Choose closed captioning.
3. A window will show up with the captions.
