Mentee Mentor Administrator

Participant Roles and Responsibilities

The foundation of the Wyoming Collaborative Mentorship Academy (WCMA) is based on current educational research that supports field-based collaborative learning experiences for professional educators. WCMA participants will complete the certificate program as a triad team of one mentee, one mentor and one administrator which will facilitate mutual growth and renewal. Mentees, mentors and administrators will follow a course progression specific to their certificate during the program and will also work collaboratively through shared activities, focus groups, action research projects and summer institutes.

Mentees are defined as in-service certified general educators seeking Special Education certification.

Mentors are in-service certified special educators seeking Special Education Collaborative Mentor certification.

Administrators are in-service or pre-service administrators seeking Administrative Special Education Collaborative Mentor certification.
