Institute Focus: Transition Planning
The WCMA Summer Institute has been designed to share current and emergent best practices regarding K-12 and post-secondary transition focusing on planning for movement from school to adult life for persons with disabilities. The content will be delivered by national, state and local transition authorities and experts.
