Points that reflect our philosophy about linking to other sites:
1. To evaluate sites, we use established general criteria and WIN Wyoming's mission statement and guiding principles.
2. In terms of scope and potential audiences, the breadth of WIN Wyoming precludes any one site meeting all our needs. If WIN Wyoming links only to sites that reflect all WIN Wyoming's principles 100%, there won't be any sites to link to!
3. Balance is important. However, we need to achieve balance through the mix of all the sites we link to, not any one site.
4. No site will be considered that clearly violates WIN Wyoming's mission statement or guiding principles. However, some sites may not reflect the mission and principles as much as others but they still offer valuable information that is not found on other sites.
5. A short description that accompanies each site can alert visitors to what we think are the strengths of a site in terms of the needs of WIN Wyoming members or audiences.
