About WISPR Lab

The Wyoming Image and Signal Processing Research (WISPR) Laboratory is a broad based, interdisciplinary collaborative research organization with headquarters within the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the University of Wyoming. The multiple researchers that collaborate with WISPR Lab take advantage of the synergy provided by our various backgrounds and areas of expertise.  Topics that span image and signal processing, biomimetic sensors, and various areas of biomedical engineering are under investigation by our researchers, including

We in the WISPR Lab enjoy collaboration at various times with researchers at other institutions and organizations such as the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, Johns Hopkins University, and the Air Force Institute of Technology, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia Laboratory, National Security Technologies, Defense Research Technologies, Texas Instruments, and National Instruments.
