The way to not only survive but thrive in college is to know how to take care of yourself. There are a lot of resources on campus to help you take care of yourself, and be sure to explore and take advantage of them.
Physical health
- Stay active, get exercise.
- Take walks or get outdoors.
- Utilize campus recreation centers.
- Join a group activity, like a sport or dancing.
- Eat healthy.

- Get enough sleep.
- We cannot stress this enough. Sleep is vital to success in all areas.
