Mike and Jeff Wandler of L&H Industrial, Inc., will be our featured speakers for our February event. L&H is a leading after-market supplier for the mining industry and a world-class rebuilder of heavy mining equipment with offices across the globe.

Founded in 1964 by Leon Wandler, L&H is a second-generation family company headquartered in Gillette. The senior Wandler sold the business to his sons and other shareholders in 1998.  The current shareholders, Jeff and Mike Wandler and Jim Clikeman, are preparing the third generation to take over the company.

Together with L&H’s management team, the Wandlers have helped lead L&H from a local job shop in 1992 that had $4 million in sales to an $80 million global company. L&H has four locations in the U.S. as well as locations in Mexico, Chile, and Australia.  L&H’s customer base are major surface mines that operate the largest rope shovels and draglines in the world.
