The WTBC looks for high growth companies with an emphasis on technology-related firms. While a few clients are still in the development phase, the emphasis is on finding good entrepreneurs who have the potential to grow and develop their own companies and who are close to taking a product or service to market.
While the program would like to develop businesses with “big ideas” that could attract institutional capital, given the rural economy of Wyoming, the emphasis is upon finding entrepreneurs that could build at least a $5 million a year business with a net profit margin of between 20% and 25%
