As Assistant Director, Mandy provides consulting and coaching services to client companies on-site and on an outreach basis.

• Background and Accomplishments

Prior to joining UW in 2012, Mandy owned her own Insurance and Financial Services business in Laramie.  As an agent Mandy worked with businesses and individuals to help them reach their retirement and financial goals.  In addition to client work she also oversaw the local office, servicing over $3.4 million in property and casualty business and $7 million in life insurance and managed assets.  Her accomplishments include the Rookie of the Year award in 2011 and All American and Super All American awards trips.  Prior to opening her practice she was the Training Manager for the only Wyoming based property and casualty insurer in the state.  Her territory included Wyoming and Montana and she was responsible for developing and implementing company training programs on the sales process, prospecting techniques, organizational management, marketing strategies, product information and overcoming call reluctance.

Mandy’s background in entrepreneurship, marketing, and sales training make her a valued team member of the WTBC.
