Cody grew up in Rock Springs, Wyoming and completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience in April, 2017 at Brigham Young University. His passion for medicine comes from a desire to serve others, to learn the science that underlies the human body, and to educate others about living a healthy lifestyle. For Cody, becoming a practicing physician will allow him to better the lives of those who live in his community. Currently, he is looking at specializing in family medicine or in the field of ophthalmology. As the middle child of three brothers, Cody likes to participate in sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family. He is grateful for the chance to be part of the WWAMI program and to continue his education towards his goal of practicing medicine.
