Holly grew up in Green River, Wyoming. After high school, she attended the University of Wyoming where she received her Bachelors of Science in physiology with a minor in neuroscience. During her time at Wyoming she also competed as a hurdler for the University of Wyoming Track and Field team. Holly’s passion for medicine developed as she worked as a home health aide in college as well as through several other medical and research opportunities. She has a few specialties in mind, such as surgery or emergency medicine, but is keeping her options open as she pursues her medical degree. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, participating in sports, and exploring the outdoors.
