Joseph grew up in Casper, Wyoming. He is the third oldest of eight children. Joseph graduated from Chadron State College in 2020, where he majored in chemistry and minored in human biology. During college, Joseph spent a year coaching middle and high school wrestling for the small town of Hay Springs, Nebraska. Joseph has no idea what type of medicine he plans on practicing, but he would like to use his medical training to contribute to youth sports in some meaningful way. Joseph was fortunate to spend a year dissecting in the cadaver lab during his time in college and he feels he has come a long way since almost passing out the first time he saw surgery performed live. Outside of the classroom, Joseph loves all things college wrestling and professional football.
