Dementia Support Center

As dementia progresses, people depend more on help from others. We work to educate and help families find services to decrease their stress from caring for a loved one with dementia.


Care Consultants work directly with caregivers to help identify and lower their risk of stress and burnout by helping them identify formal and informal services.

The early and moderate stages of dementia can be an important time to prepare for the changes that lie ahead SHARE empowers families to get the most out of today while planning for tomorrow.

The program consists of 5 sessions that work through educating about dementia, initiating discussions about care preferences, building a support plan, and how to maintain their plan.

Open to community members caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or cognitive difficulties.

Individual counseling for caregivers and care receivers.
Respite/companionship service provided by trained volunteers.
Our Supported Independence program helps to maintain the health, safety, and independence of persons with dementia who may need additional support. 

Consultants identify caregiversrisk of stress and burnout by equipping family caregivers with the right resources and services based on tailored care plans for every unique caregiving journey.

Training for individuals, businesses, first responders, healthcare workers, and anyone interested in helping people with dementia and their caregivers.

Take a free online memory screening through the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. In-person memory screenings will resume at a later date.
