Staff Senate Seeks Years of Service Honorees |

Jan. 18, 2007 -- The University of Wyoming Staff Senate requests assistance in identifying UW staff members who should be recognized this year for milestone years of service with the university, including those who have had a break of service.
Each spring at Staff Recognition Day, hosted by Staff Senate, UW staff members are recognized for their years of service. The first awards are given at the five year anniversary mark and then in increments of five.
If you celebrated an employment anniversary in the 2006 calendar year and are not on the below list, e-mail Kathy Hearn at KDHearne@uwyo.edu with your name, department and years of service by Wednesday, Feb. 7. Additionally, if you spot an individual on the list that is no longer employed with UW, please provide that information.
Staff Recognition Day 2007 will be from 10 a.m. to noon on March 22, in the Wyoming Union ballroom. The event will feature door prizes, raffle items, food, and various cash awards in addition to the Years of Service awards. The deadline to nominate coworkers for one of the various cash awards is Wednesday, Feb. 28. Download the forms at www.uwyo.edu/staffsenate/awards.
