To meet the costs associated with our
professional short courses, WyGISC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled
course due to low enrollment.

An email notification will be sent to course
registrants confirming or canceling the course no less than 5 full business
days prior to the scheduled course start date.

A full refund will be given to all course
registrants if a course is canceled by WyGISC.

For registrants wishing to cancel their
registration, an email request must be submitted to wygisc-education@uwyo.edu no less
than 5 full business days prior to the scheduled course start date, in order to
receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given for registrant
cancellation notices received less than 5 full business days prior to the
schedule course date.

A registrant is permitted to substitute another
person to attend a course he/she is registered for, at any time at no extra
cost.

Upon written request, refunds involving
circumstances such as road closures due to weather conditions preventing a
registrant from attending a course will be given individual consideration.
Final decisions on such matters are at the discretion of the WyGISC Education
Coordinator.

Should a WyGISC short course be canceled,
WyGISC or the University of Wyoming will not be responsible for any travel
costs incurred by course registrants.
Please note: Refunds are made directly to the card used to
make the payment and may take 10 business days to process.
