- Integration of VB.NET and Program R to facilitate development/deployment of Individual Based Models (IBM's) simulating animal movements within landscape networks
Current Projects
- Forage habitat model for sea otters (Enhydra lutris) occupying areas near Prince William Sound and Kodiak Island using interpolation techniques to assess the relationship between potential prey availability, prey consumption, and the isotopic signatures of individual otters
- Inland Cutthroat trout Protocol (ICP) integrated database design and user interface development
- Simulation of river otter (Lontra canadensis) colonization rates of the Upper Colorado River watershed using an individual-based modeling approach
- Simulation of coastal river otter (Lontra canadensis) fecal deposition rates along islands within Prince William Sound, AK using an individual-based modeling approach
