Decentralized Human Resources Representatives are individuals originally selected as part of a collaborative process in summer 2018 by Human Resources and each department. Decentralized Human Resources Representatives act as a liaison between units and Human Resources. This role is essential in providing assistance to managers within each unit, initiating key Human Resources transactions, and accessing Human Resources reports. These individuals are able to view information within their area of responsibility and initiate the following approved transactions:
