To sign up for a topic-specific session, please review the schedule of availabilities on WyoLearn.
After completing all required online training, if you find that you have additional questions, and would like to speak to a WyoCloud subject matter expert, you may attend an Open Lab Session. These hands-on sessions will allow members of the UW community to drop-in to small, "office hours" style sessions and ask questions, one-on-one, about the WyoCloud Financial Management System that may not fall under any of the categories covered by Open Q&A or topic specific sessions. Subject matter experts will answer your questions on a first come, first serve basis. If you stop by an Open Lab session and are unable to speak with an expert due to volume of attendance, we encourage you to stop by one of the following week’s sessions.   A schedule of upcoming Open Labs can be viewed on WyoLearn. Look for the Open Lab Icon  Open LabIf you have any questions or need assistance with anything related to accessing or completing training, please submit a service request or call the UW Help Desk @ 766-HELP.
