You can now add your TAs, GAs, Supplemental Instructors, Librarians, and others to your WyoCourses courses through WyoRecords!
Go to http://wyoweb.uwyo.edu and click on Faculty & Staff under WyoRecords. Next, click on Faculty and Advisors. Click on the box labeled WyoCourses Supplemental Access, and you will be taken to a screen where you can select the term and then your course. On the following page, you can add person into your course in several roles, provided they are eligible to be added with these roles, which are listed at http://www.uwyo.edu/wyocourses/roles.html
Finding the Right Help
Problems you confront in developing or delivering your course may be technical problems with the system, a management problem with course enrollment, or an instructional challenge with how to achieve an objective in your course. If something doesn't work as it should, that's a technical problem, and you should contact the IT Help Desk; if the problem is with your course section(s) or its enrollment, the WyoCourses office can help; finally, if you need help to effectively use instructional features in your course, contact a member of the instructional support group.
The University of Wyoming Information Technology Help Desk is available to help you with problems you might encounter with WyoCourses. The IT Help Desk is backed up by the Canvas help desk for after hours support.
The source of many technical problems is often the web browser. Check the Browser Recommendations to confirm you are using a supported browser version. When you encounter a problem, you might try a different browser.
Course & Enrollment Management
The WyoCourses staff manage course shells and enrollment into courses, along with other behind-the-scenes system administration. Take logistical problems with course shells and enrollment to the WyoCourses staff, through their online form, by email to email@example.com, or a call to the Help Desk. Requests to enroll guests in your class also go to WyoCourses staff.

Respondus 4.0 Exam Converter
The Respondus 4.0 Exam Converter facilitates the transfer and conversion of exams from eCollege, exams you have created in Word, or question banks from selected publishers. Consult the WyoCourses Exam Converter information and support page to install and use the Exam Converter.
Respondus LockDown Browser
The Respondus LockDown Browser requires students to take their quizzes, and review quiz results, in a custom web browser that prevents students from printing, screen capturing, opening other web sites, or accessing other applications.
