Tobacco Prevention & Control EvaluationWelcome! Since June of 2001, the Wyoming Survey & Analysis Center (WYSAC) has maintained a contract with the Substance Abuse Division of the Wyoming Department of Health to conduct evaluation and surveillance for Wyoming's Tobacco Prevention and Control Program. The Wyoming Blueprint for Tobacco Prevention published in 1999 identifies Accountability and Evaluation as “a way of assuring accountability to Wyoming citizens.” The Tobacco Prevention and Control Evaluation team at WYSAC is committed to providing an unbiased evaluation of Wyoming’s state tobacco prevention and control efforts.
